The Greenhabit Cardio program has been developed in collaboration with SIGN. With this low-threshold program we can make (heart) patients adhere to therapy in order to realize sustainable behavioral change (physical-mental-social). After a cardiac event, the heart recovers through social engagement, self-confidence and self-direction. In addition to healthy food and exercise, mental health is just as important. The Greenhabit Cardio program has been specially developed for patients after a heart event. The content has been tuned and the blood value measurements have been added to the app. It supports patients in cardiac rehabilitation, provides social support by connecting fellow sufferers and ensures that the patient makes healthy food choices.
