Algemeen

You need licensing information to attend a Greehabit program/training. You will receive these immediately after ordering from Greenhabit. Go to the order button in the website.

As a buddy, you can definitely join the training even when you are 16. .

That doesn’t matter, you can also start without a buddy and possibly add a buddy at a later time. (by sending the link you received in the mail)

This does not matter, this measurement is not mandatory, just like the blood measurements. See if you can borrow a blood pressure monitor from someone you know sometime.

Technical Problems

No, upon awarding the training by your employer, you will receive an email from Greenhabit with a username and temporary password. You will need to change this password when you log into the game. This ensures your privacy.

If you are unable to log in, it could be due to a number of reasons:
Username incorrect:your username can be found in the welcome email you received at the beginning of the course.

– Password incorrect: Check whether you are using the correct data. Note uppercase and lowercase letters. If you have lost or forgotten the password, you can ask your employer to generate a new password for you. You will then receive a temporary password in your mail, which you can use to log back into the app.

Option 1: Log out via the settings button (top right) and then log back in.
Option 2: Uninstall the app from your smartphone and reinstall the game.

Your data will be retained in both options.

When you reach a certain level then in you get a voucher. This means you get to open a reward that comes in the Greenhabit box. The voucher will tell you which reward it is.

No, greenhabit wants its participants to experience healthy products and services. So these can be products and services you wouldn’t choose for yourself. greenhabit wants to help its participants discover new things.
