Working on your health has never been so much fun! With a game, a pack with book and rewards you go on an adventure for twelve weeks. Every day is a surprise what appears on your timeline, sometimes a challenge, sometimes a message or measurement. The rewards provide extra motivation, not to mention your buddy with whom you do it together.
In a playful way you learn about health and you are challenged so that you feel comfortable in your own skin. Together with Grendel Games we have developed this super cool game to help as many people as possible live healthier lives. You can order the training via this site or your employer
All programs are available in Dutch, English, Spanish and German. There are also patient programs, such as: Overcoming Diabetes Type 2, Self-management after a heart event, Greenhabit for COPD.
By reflecting on the 5 elements every day, you will experience for yourself where extra attention is needed. This self-reflection creates self-awareness and gives you the ability to understand and control your own emotions and behavior.
The reflection model
Every day you receive messages from your personal Greenhabit coach via the app or you are challenged by your online coach to do an activity. With these messages and activities you collect points and you are rewarded with special surprises. It is super fun to do the program together with a partner. This gives an extra stimulus and you reinforce each other. You can add your Greenhabit partner to your feed so that you can share photos with each other. Of course, your goals and measurements are only visible to you.
Greenhabit pays a lot of attention to personal growth, such as proactivity, dealing with work pressure, dealing with stress situations, your self-confidence and your resilience. But nutrition, weight management and exercise are also important themes. And that makes Greenhabit unique. Because Greenhabit deals with all aspects that determine your health. With Greenhabit you learn in a sustainable way to take control of your own life and to do the things that are important to you. So that you feel good, comfortable in your own skin and can get the most out of your day.
How do you participate?
You buy the New Care Greenhabit Energy Edition exclusively at your DA Drugstore. When purchasing the New Care Greenhabit Energy program you will immediately receive the valuable Greenhabit box with your unique Greenhabit Energy code from your DA Drugstore. This code is unique and you need it to activate your registration. You activate your participation as follows:
Send an email to info@new-care.nl with the subject Greenhabit. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your first and last name
- The DA Drugstore where you bought your New Care Greenhabit Energy Edition
- The date of the Monday on which you want to start your trip (you always start on a Monday)
- Your unique Greenhabit code
As soon as we have received your email, we will immediately send you all the information you need to get started together with your personal online coach. You will immediately receive the login details for the Greenhabit app. You can download the Greenhabit app in the app store.
